End User License Agreement (EULA)

Effective Date: May 22, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”, “Licensee”) and Shield Secure Services (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”) governing the use of our software products, including NetSecure.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using our software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. License Grant

Shield Secure Services grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software solely for personal or business purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Ownership

The software, including all source code, features, updates, trademarks, and intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of Shield Secure Services.

This Agreement does not transfer ownership rights to the user.

3. Permitted Use

You may use the software only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Copy, modify, or redistribute the software unlawfully
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
• Remove copyright or branding notices
• Use the software for illegal or unauthorised monitoring activities
• Attempt to bypass licence or security mechanisms
• Use the software to distribute malware or harmful code

5. Software Updates

Shield Secure Services may provide software updates, patches, feature enhancements, or security improvements periodically.

Some updates may be installed automatically to maintain performance, compatibility, and security.

6. Data Collection

Certain technical and diagnostic information may be collected to improve software functionality, performance, and security.

Data handling practices are described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Subscription & Activation

Certain features or services may require paid subscriptions, licence keys, or account activation.

Unauthorised sharing or misuse of licence credentials may result in suspension or termination.

8. Third-Party Services

The software may integrate with or depend on third-party platforms, APIs, or services. Shield Secure Services is not responsible for third-party systems or content.

9. Disclaimer of Warranty

The software is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, complete security protection, or error-free functionality.

10. Limitation of Liability

Shield Secure Services shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups and security practices within their own environments.

11. Termination

This licence may terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the terms of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must discontinue use and remove all copies of the software from your systems.

12. Export Compliance

Users agree to comply with all applicable export laws and regulations regarding the use and distribution of the software.

13. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

14. Changes to This Agreement

Shield Secure Services reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Updated versions will be published with a revised effective date.
